A letter from girls to all the Men in the World
Tomorrow you may get a working woman, but you should marry her with these facts as well.
Here is a girl, who is as much educated as you are;Who is earning almost as much as you do;One, who has dreams and aspirations just as you have because she is as human as you are; One, who has never entered the kitchen in her life just like you or your Sister haven’t, as she was busy in studies and competing in a system that gives no special concession to girls for their culinary achievements.
One, who has lived and loved her parents & brothers & sisters, almost as much as you do for 20-25 years of her life; One, who has bravely agreed to leave behind all that, her home, people who love her, to adopt your home, your family, your ways and even your family name . One, who is somehow expected to be a master-chef from day #1, while you sleep oblivious to her predicament in her new circumstances, environment and that kitchen One, who is expected to make the tea, first thing in the morning and cook food at the end of the day, even if she is as tired as you are, maybe more, and yet never ever expected to complain; to be a servant, a cook, a mother, a wife, even if she doesn’t want to; and is learning just like you are as to what you want from her; and is clumsy and sloppy at times and knows that you won’t like it if she is too demanding, or if she learns faster than you;
One, who has her own set of friends, and that includes boys and even men at her workplace too, those, who she knows from school days and yet is willing to put all that on the back-burners to avoid your irrational jealousy, unnecessary competition and your inherent insecurities;
Yes, she can drink and dance just as well as you can, but won’t, simply Because you won’t like it, even though you say otherwise . One, who can be late from work once in a while when deadlines, just like yours, are to be met; One, who is doing her level best and wants to make this most important relationship in her entire life a grand success, if you just help her some and trust her;
One, who just wants one thing from you, as you are the only one she knows in your entire house – your unstinted support, your sensitivities and most importantly – your understanding, or love, if you may call it.
But not many guys understand this…… Please appreciate “HER” .
Stop Expecting
” Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done.They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.”
i have always observed that root cause for a fight with some one like your spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, your friends, parents or it may be anyone , or feeling bad about any event is this strange thing called “EXPECTATION“.
We always feel good about someone , we start spending time with some one and after some time we assume that he/she understands us and will take care of our needs and will understand us and when it does not happen , it hurts , we are in sorrow, it becomes such a big issue for us that we feel cheated and uncared and then we feel bad.
Instead, This all happens just because we “expected” someone to do something and he/she did not do it. rather people must try to be independent and should be ready for the worst case. There are some people you can really expect and its fine to expect from them like your parents, children , spouse, lover etc …but to some extent, everything has some limit. If you expect a lot from them you get hurt sometime. Be ready to be self dependent and just think understand that every person other than you wont understand more than you , so they cant understand your needs…
they cant understand what you want at which time, so no one can take care of you more than yourself… so be your caretaker yourself. Once people understand this there 90% problems are solved…
Omelette Curry Recipe
So when my room mate said no more Egg-curry please .. I took it opportunity to experiment with Omelette curry this time. Recipe is the last thing you need if you have deep interest in cooking , so I made it the same way like every other curry and it was very obvious what goes in to make it tasty
. So here is the simple recipe you can try sometime if you want to try some thing different .
Omelette Curry Ingredients (2 serving)
- 4 eggs
- 2 onions and 1 tomato (cut into small)
- lots of cut Garlic (depends on you)
- Chilly chopped a per taste
- Mustard seeds , Coriander powder , Haldi and Garam Masala (bonus if you have meat masala)
Step 1 : Make the Omelette
Make simple Omelette of these 4 eggs (put salt and nothing else) and cut it into small peices , see Picture
Step 2 : Making Omlete Curry
- Put Oil in pan and heat it until its hot enough , now put green chillies , some mustard seeds , Garlic .
- After they turn brown , put the onion and tomato into that and let it get fried for some time till it turns brown , now put all garam masala , coriander powder , salt and haldi into it and if you have meat masala , then great .. Keep frying for some more time .
- Now put the omlete peices in the gravy and put some water also , as per your requirement of gravy . If you eating with rice , put more water .
- Let gravy boil for another 15-20 and let gravy turn dark and thick (use your instincts to find out when to off the flame)
- Now gravy is done and you can eat it with Rice or Roti

The Life …
The trees were silent , The night was calm
The world was sleeping waiting for the dawn
The air was fresh and world was quite
The life was ready for another fight
Alloo Baigan Sabji Recipe
I will be teaching how to make my style Alloo Baigan Dry Sabji today . I am not going to do all those nonsense of giving each and every ingredients which make you feel its a great thing and a pro stuff . We need some basic stuff and some interest of cooking and thats all required for great curry . so go on ..
Ingredients (serving for 2)
- Some Oil (Mustard Oil is preferred , but any oil will do)
- half spoon mustard seeds, 2-3 green chillies, Lots of Garlic (you can put less if you dont like it)
- 4 mid size Potato cut into medium size ( make sure its not very small , an average potato cut into 2-3 pieces )
- 1 Big Brinjal or 2-3 small ones (cut double the size of Potato or sliced long , I prefer long)
- Regular masala like Coriander powder , Turmeric and Some garam masala .
Procedure
- Put Oil in the pan (something in which you make your curries) and once its hot enough , put your chillies , mustard and garlic into that , you can put some 1 Tejpatta if you know what it is , else forget it .
- after some seconds once it looks brownish , put washed Potato and Brinjal into oil , mix it well and leave it for some time like 2-3 min (You can put cover it with a lid if you want , not mandatory) .
- Make sure you have good amount of oil in pan so that the stuff at the bottom is getting cooked well, the main idea is that whatever is at the bottom of pan is getting little fried with Oil and the part which is above is also getting cooked through heat . Then keep mixing it well and make sure each part of ingredient gets a chance to reach bottom and be there for some minutes , so everything is equally fried . Make sure you are around and dont let it burn (if its gets little bit , dont panic , its not a big deal , actually its better , contributes to the taste also )
- Now mix half teaspoon of Turmeric , 1 full spoon of coriender powder and 1 teaspoon of garam masala and one spoon of salt , truely speaking this is something you have to find out as per your taste in the long run , it will come by practice , so make mistakes . People who dont make mistakes and everytime their ratio of everything is perfect actually sucks and never make any tasty food (my thinking) , So making mistake is important , mess it up twice or thrice and you are a cook !! .
- make sure you dont mix it so hard that bringals loose their shape, be soft with it . Take a spoon full and taste if it tastes better or anything missing , readjust your masala’s if needed. No need to garnish it with anything unless you are doing all this for commercial puspose ..
Try it and share with me how was it ..

Socha Na Tha
You must be having your own favorite movie and favorite scenes . There are many movies which were not a big hit and not came much in limelight , but have some best scenes . One of my top most favorite is scene from “Socha Na Tha”
Why do i love this scene so much ?
People like things which they can relate to , or they want to relate it to somehow , they might have some dream about it , want it to happen with them .. So may be its the same reason with me too.
Enjoy the scene …
